Ahead of the controversial new series Pam & Tommy starring Lily James and Sebastian Stan as the chaotic 90s couple, The Big Bang Theory’s Wil Wheaton has rediscovered their infamous sex tape.

The notorious video will play a big part in the upcoming biopic about the couple, which the Baywatch star has already slammed.

Back in 1998, the couple’s sex tape was discovered by an electrician who sold it for millions. Subsequently, it found its way to the VHS players in millions of homes across the world, including Wil’s.

Revealing that he actually found his copy just in time for the Hulu and Disney Plus series, the 48-year-old shared a photo with his followers and got nostalgic about it.

Alongside the image, he wrote: ‘Back in the 90s, when we passed around VHS tapes, this particular bit of legendary infamy made its way into my VCR. ‘I must have put it into a box and forgotten about it, because I just came across it while doing some organizing.’

‘I don’t even have a VCR any more,’ he went on. ‘But I can still hear Tommy Lee saying, “Oh baby, you’re so fuckin’ rad!” right before he drives the boat with his dong.

‘What a time to be alive.’

Indeed. Unless you were Pamela, though, who is not here for interest around the tape being rehashed for a ‘cheap knockoff’ series.

‘Pamela has no intention of watching this God awful show, absolutely not. Never,’ a friend of Pamela’s purportedly told The Sun.

Her pal Courtney Love has also slammed fascination behind the tape, saying when the couple’s very intimate personal property was stolen, it ‘destroyed’ the former Playboy cover girl.

‘Gentleman don’t approve this sort of thing. My heart goes out to Pammy. Further causing her complex trauma,’ she wrote in a candid Facebook post.

Pamela and Tommy first met in 1995 and within 96 hours they were husband and wife.

They were married for three years and share two sons together – Brandon Thomas, born in 1996, and Dylan Jagger, born in 1997.

Pam and Tommy is due to air later this year on Hulu in the US and Disney Plus in the UK.
