***Warning: Spoilers ahead for episode 1-3 of The Flight Attendant ***
The Flight Attendant has introduced us to the crazy world of Cassie and it’s been a wild ride, to say the least.
In the first three episodes, Cassie has tried – and failed – to figure out who Alex Sokolov is and why someone would want to kill him.
It’s been made clear that there is far more to the story that Cassie knows – or is able to remember – and we’ve been left with a truckload of questions about what is going to come next in this addictive limited series.
As we patiently wait for the next installment of episodes to drop on HBO Max, here are the pressing questions we hope to get answered after episode three.
Who is Miranda?
We can’t believe Cassie and Miranda finally came face-to-face at the end of the third episode.
The pair are stuck on a train together so surely this means we might actually get to learn a bit more about Alex’s friend.
Did she actually kill Alex? Why is she trying to kill Cassie? Is she actually a businesswoman or something more sinister?
Considering she has been on a mission to try and get rid of Cassie, we just hope our favorite flight attendant continues to evade her.
Annie, are you okay?
Annie is Cassie’s legal guardian angel right now and she had to call in a favor with one of her clients after her BFF made the ridiculous decision to attend Alex’s memorial.
It’s been made pretty clear that Annie works for some really scary people so we hope she doesn’t have to do something that will hurt herself or Cassie going forward.
One thing’s for sure, we are glad Cassie has her around.
Just how bad was Cassie’s childhood?
From the flashbacks we’ve been able to see so far, it is clear Cassie’s dad was not the best parent.
He used to give her beer when they went hunting together – even though Cassie was just a child. No wonder she has a dependency on alcohol as an adult. It was brought into her life by the one person you would expect to have her welfare in mind.
Her brother is clearly not happy about her love of alcohol so maybe he will be able to help his sister to get out of this mess and change her ways.
What is Megan up to?
As we watched Cassie running around trying to avoid being charged with a murder she believes she didn’t do, her fellow flight attendant Megan Briscoe has been doing some dodgy dealings behind her husband’s back.
What information is she trying to get and is it linked to Alex’s company? We wouldn’t be surprised if there is a connection later down the line.
Was Alex actually a bad guy?
Alex might be dead but we are getting to know more about him while he haunts Cassie in her subconcious.
He was nice enough when he was alive so it’s hard to believe that he would deserve such a brutal murder.
Could his death actually be a tragic end that was out of his control? His family are into some questionable business but maybe he didn’t agree with all of it.
It’s a shame because we get the feeling he and Cassie could have been great together.
