The Flight Attendant season 2: Kaley Cuoco promises a dramatic return as Cassie Bowden in new teaser: ‘Cheers to making better choices, baby!’

Kaley Cuoco has returned for a second season of The Flight Attendant, and she’s trying out a new life without alcohol, in Los Angeles, and working for the CIA.

The action-packed trailer shows The Big Bang Theory star as Cassie Bowden quitting alcohol, moving to Los Angeles, and beginning a new relationship with a ‘great’ guy.

And she’s not just a flight attendant anymore. Now, she’s got a side gig as a CIA asset.

The trailer opens with Cassie at an AA meeting, describing her new, alcohol-free life.

‘Hi, I’m Cassie, and I’m an alcoholic,’ she tells everyone. ‘So most of you know my story by now, but, I’m still a flight attendant, and I’ve been making better choices.

‘I moved to LA, met this great guy, picked up a part time job, I kind of feel like I’m turning into this whole new person.’

‘No, no, no I am not doing this again!’ Picture: (HBO Max)

But it seems like this won’t be for long as her new life as a spy won’t be that different to her old one.

Things devolve into chaos when Cassie gets caught up in another international murder case and witnesses a mysterious car explosion.

‘No, no, no I am not doing this again!’ she cries to a glammed alter-ego version of herself.

‘Cheers to making better choices, baby!’ the alcoholic Cassie replies.

With more secrets, Cassie getting caught up in even more predicaments, and the new ‘great’ guy that has yet to be revealed, the trailer has shown she’s back, she’s better than ever, and we’re desperate for more.

Season two premieres in April (Picture: HBO Max)

The show originally premiered in November 2020, and followed Cassie after she found a dead body in her bed, with no recollection of what happened the night before.

On a mission to solve the murder and prove her innocence, Cassie gets tied up in more drama and complications.

This new season will raise other questions about Cassie’s turbulent childhood, as Sharon Stone is introduced as Cassie’s estranged mother.

As well as regulars Mo McRae, Callie Hernandez, and JJ Soria, this season will feature Mae Martin, who will guest star as Grace St James.

The Flight Attendant season 2 will premiere on April 21 on HBO Max.
