After Just Stop Oil protestors invaded the Channel 4 set, The Last Leg has increased security.
Last week, Adam Hills, Josh Widdicombe, and Alex Brooker were rendered speechless by unexpected visitors who introduced themselves and presented the hosts orange high-vis vests.
As part of their protest, the environmentalists let off an orange confetti explosion before being escorted out of the studio by show security.
On Friday’s programme, Adam, the show’s host, addressed the uproar and thanked the audience for tolerating extra security before taking their seats.
The Australian comedian also stated that the crew had no idea what was about to happen and that it was not planned by the producers.
Josh, 40, joked if they had been in the know ‘we would have been funnier.’

‘I was genuinely thinking it was part of the show and I had drifted off in rehearsal,’ he continued.
Alex, meanwhile, 39, joked that he ‘didn’t trust anyone anymore’ after the chaos.
At the moment, the trio was amused by the invasion, with Adam yelling and applauding and Josh noting that he was’relieved’ they were a member of Just Stop Oil.

Adam also said he wouldn’t mind if they came every week, adding: ‘‘If that’s what every Just Stop Oil protest is like I’m down with it.’
He continued: ‘If it’s people coming out smiling and throwing orange confetti, absolutely bring it on.’
Not only did Stop Oil perform a demonstration on TV, but they also seized the stage at the Royal Albert Hall on the first night of the BBC Proms.
The activists then attempted to address the audience before security interfered and removed them.
Just Stop Oil is a British environmental activist organisation that uses these methods to urge the British government to commit to a moratorium on all new oil and gas consents and licences.
The Last Leg airs next Friday at 10pm on Channel 4.
