According to host Joel Dommett the ‘biggest celeb yet’ is going to be unveiled on The Masked Dancer tonight, and we can’t wait.
Airing on ITV all this week, 12 mystery celebrities don some pretty distinctive costumes and strut their stuff in their bid to baffle judges Jonathan Ross, Oti Mabuse, Davina McCall and Mo Gilligan – as well as the folks at home.
So far we have unmasked pro dancer and Diversity star Jordan Banjo as well as singer and media personality Louise Redknapp.
Five of the remaining performers – Beetroot, Llama, Zip, Knickerbocker Glory, and Scarecrow – will perform tonight before another is eliminated.
According to Joel, tonight’s episode is going to be a good one.
‘There was one [reveal] in particular, that I genuinely… for me, it was the biggest reaction I gave when I was told it was them,’ he told ITV’s Lorraine today.

‘I just couldn’t believe that they’d done the show. I just never believed that they would do it.
‘And when they told me I was like “whaaaaat!” I couldn’t believe it. It’s mad.’
He added: ‘It’s one of the biggest reveals we’ve ever done.’
Could it be Susanna Reid like some fans have guessed? Or perhaps even Theresa May, which was a guess from the judges?
A UK adaptation of The Masked Dancer was commissioned due in part to the success of the original American version, which began airing its first season on Fox last December.
The Masked Dancer continues nightly on ITV all this week at 7:30pm.
