The Masked Singer US fans couldn’t hide their shock after guest judges Rita Wilson burst into an impromptu rap during Wednesday night’s episode.
Viewers instantly compared the actress to her son Chet Hanks as they claimed they could see where he had got his ‘rapping skills’ from.
Rita, 64, impressed the judges and the audience when she delivered a few lines from Naughty by Nature’s iconic track, Hip Hop Hooray.
The country singer rapped: ‘You drew a picture of my morning. But you couldn’t make my day. I’m rockin’ and you’re yawning/ But you never look my way.
‘I’m licking down your darlin’ in every single way/ Your funny flow is foreign and a green card’s on the way.’
Viewers instantly flocked to Twitter as they compared the performance to her son Chet’s attempts at rapping.
One wrote: ‘Rita Wilson on here spitting Naughty By Nature lyrics, so thats where Chet gets it from.’
‘Yep. Chet gets it from his momma,’ another added.
One fan wrote: ‘Rita Wilson is rapping. Now we know where Chet Hanks gets it.’

Rita shares son Chet, 30, with husband Tom Hanks, 64, as well as their 25-year-old son Truman.
Tom is also father to son Colin and daughter Elizabeth from his previous marriage to actress Samantha Lewes.
Chet has worked as an actor, rap artist, and musician, but has become best known for his red carpet antics and popular Instagram videos.
He’s most recently made headlines for declaring it will be a ‘White Boy Summer’, releasing an accompanying track, and also shooting his shot with Lizzo and Adele.
