The Masked Singer US: Who was Squiggly Monster revealed to be?

The Masked Singer US revealed another one of its stars last night – with Squiggly Monster being eliminated.

Bob Saget – who is best known for Full House and as the voiceover for How I Met Your Mother – was given the boot.

After performing (I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction by The Rolling Stones, he lost his place in the competition.

What’s more, unfortunately for poor Bob, he was also completely sussed by three of the four judges thanks to the clues they had been given.

Nicole Scherzinger, who initially thought he was one of the Ying Yang twins, changed her mind and thought he was Veep’s Gary Cole.

As he was unveiled, : ‘What you guys do here is why I wanted to do this. We’re all going through a tough time, I get to be a part of your joy.’

Speaking after his elimination, Bob revealed that he had told his wife and daughter about his upcoming stint on the top secret show – as well as Full House co-star and close pal, John Stamos.

‘It’s like CIA stuff. It’s all totally confidential. It’s hilarious,’ he told TVLine.

‘I had my wife and one of my daughters, and Stamos signed an NDA, so nobody can talk. It’s like CIA.’

‘Stamos knew because he was going to be a clue if I made it to the third song,’ he said.

‘He would’ve been part of that. He would’ve been one of those friends. He would’ve been a creature and said something like, “Well, Squiggly talks about himself a lot.” That kind of thing.’

The bonkers singing competition is now heating up, with Broccoli, Jellyfish and Mushroom now all through to the next round.

The Masked Singer US airs Wednesday nights on Fox.
