The Undoing is proving to be one of the TV hits of the year, and Nicole Kidman has thanked fans for watching by sharing a new behind-the-scenes snap.

The actress posted a shot of her filming the show in character as Grace Fraser, chatting to series creator David E Kelley.

‘A peek behind the scenes working with the great David E Kelley,’ she wrote. ‘Thank you all for tuning back into #TheUndoing last night.’

The drama sees Nicole play Grace, a high-flying therapist married to an oncologist (Hugh Grant), whose life begins to fall apart after a shocking murder. The series is based on the 2014 novel You Should Have Known by Jean Hanff Korelitz.

It’s not the first time Nicole has shared behind the scenes shots from the show. The actress previously posted pictures of herself with Noah Jupe, who plays her son Henry, as well as a selection of stills from the drama.

‘I’m so grateful to all of these actors for their talent, commitment and their sense of fun! From the bottom of my heart, thank you for letting me act alongside you,’ she wrote at the time.

Nicole has been keeping fans updated about the filming process over recent weeks. The actress revealed how one key moment was especially challenging to shoot, as the cast had just minutes to capture the scene.

She also recently said she was shocked that the show managed to convince Hugh Grant to star given his reputation for being ‘work-averse’.

The Undoing airs weekly on Mondays at 9pm on Sky Atlantic & NOW TV.
