Phillip seemed a little reluctant to get involved with the frivolities at first, with Holly saying: ‘I know how much you’re loving this, because you hate birthdays!’
But things soon changed when Phillip was presented with a cake from Juliet Sear, which included a Dime bar – his favourite snack.
Next up, Holly took a delighted Phillip by surprise after whisking him off to a virtual ‘first class’ dining experience from British Airways.
Walking over to a reclining seat on the far side of the studio, Phillip was served a nice glass of fizz.
‘We’ve had to get special permission from British Airways to do this,’ Holly said, before Phillip was presented with a full four-course meal.

The presenter tucked into smoked salmon, slow-cooked British beef cheeks, as well as a dessert and a cheese board as part of the birthday feast.
The crew also presented Phil with a cake in his dressing room before the show, and the presenter was all smiles on his big day.
Happy birthday Phillip!
It comes after British Airways launched new dine at home boxes, recreating dining experiences on board their planes pre-pandemic.
Meanwhile, Phillip recently heavily criticised the fact that lockdown restrictions were lifted on a Monday rather than at a weekend when people may have more freedom to socialise outside the working week.
Elsewhere, Holly recently injured her back filming This Morning and was forced to swap her high heels for a pair of flip flops. The presenter managed to pull her back while uncrossing her legs.
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV.
