This Morning’s Holly Willoughby ‘totally distracted’ as adorable baby steals show dressed as Buddy the Elf

Holly Willouhgby was ‘totally distracted’ by an adorable baby dressed up as Buddy the Elf at the end of today’s episode of This Morning – and we can see why.

Lisa Snowdon was presenting the fashion segment when she introduced the progamme’s youngest-ever contributor. and he completely stole the show.

‘Oh my goodness!’ Holly squealed. ‘How old’s the baby?’

‘He’s five weeks old,’ Lisa replied. ‘Our youngest-ever fashion model on This Morning.’

Lisa proceeded to talk through the Christmas jumpers being modeled by the baby’s parents, but Holly couldn’t concentrate.

‘I mean, I’m totally distracted by the baby,’ Holly confessed. ‘The baby’s like a calendar. He’s just the cutest little thing!’

The baby was dressed as everyone’s favourite elf, Buddy

Holly’s heart exploded when the little’un’s dad removed the baby’s elf hat to reveal his glorious head of hair.

‘He’s got more hair than me!’ she exclaimed.

And it wasn’t just Holly who was completely melted by baby .

Taking to Twitter, one viewer wrote: ‘How cute was the baby dressed as buddy the elf on #thismorning?’

‘Oh the baby!!!’ added another, with a bunch of heart-eyed emojis.

Elsewhere on today’s programme, Phil and Holly were forced to scrap their ‘good news’ phone-in due to the Health Secretary Matt Hancock detailing the new lockdown tiers in parliament.

Meanwhile, Phil declared he’s at ‘breaking point’ over the current coronavirus restrictions.

‘Everyone’s at breaking point. I know I am, actually, as a matter of fact. I am quite happy to speak for a lot of people and say I’ve had enough,’ he said.

‘I will follow the rules, but I’ve had enough.’

His remarks came shortly after Father Christmas declared he’s immune from Covid-19.
