Maya Jama has joined Celebrity Juice as a regular panellist, following in the footsteps of Gino D’Acampo.
The 26-year-old presenter will appear on the award-winning series alongside host Keith Lemon, and team captains Emily Atack and Laura Whitmore, for the new series launching this April.
Commenting on the news, Maya enthused: ‘I never have any idea quite what’s going to unfold on Celeb Juice, but I do know it’s always going to be hilarious and super fun.
‘It’s a show I dreamed about going on when I was growing up and so I’m beyond thrilled to become a regular on the show and be given the opportunity to share the panel with some of my favourite people.
Maya is no stranger to Celebrity Juice, having made multiple appearances in the last season alongside the likes of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK winner The Vivienne and JLS’ Marvin Humes.
The last series of Celebrity Juice accumulated an average audience of 708k viewers on ITV2, making it one of the channel’s most popular shows.
It was confirmed that Emily and Laura would be going head-to-head as the new Celebrity Juice team captains in September, replacing Holly Willoughby, who quit the show earlier in 2020 and Spice Girls star Mel B.
In May, This Morning presenter Holly announced she was departing the series after 12 years.
Holly’s exit followed her close pal Fearne Cotton, who left Celebrity Juice in 2018.
Celebrity Juice will return for its 25th series in April on ITV2.
