Paddy McGuinness clutched his teddy bear and screamed after he was strapped to the top of a car that sped around a track during tonight’s Top Gear.
The host looked absolutely terrified as he raced around the grounds of the Plas Newydd Estate in Wales while attached to the top of a Porsche Panamera.
Paddy tried to keep himself calm before the race, but his co-hosts Freddie Flintoff and Chris Harris, couldn’t help but wind him up a bit.
‘Now listen lads, I know we are all on the same team,’ he began.
‘But the world’s watching and we’ve got to show what Britain does best and that’s being sportsman like.
‘So I’m trying to stay as calm as possible.’
‘Is the roof supposed to have all those sucker-cups?’ Chris teased.
‘Have you noticed, you have a lot less sucker-cups that he (Freddie) had for his run?’
‘I appreciate you’re trying to get my heartrate up,’ Paddy replied.
‘What else gets him wound up?’ Chris added.
‘Hair, the second funniest man from Bolton, maybe third because of Peter Kay.’
‘Shut up,’ Paddy responded.
Paddy may have screamed the entire way around the track during his race but Freddie had a completely different reaction when it was his turn.
The former cricketer was strapped to the top of a Bentley Flying Spur while his co-host Chris was driving.
He even casually whipped out a banana and started to eat it as Chris increased his speed.
‘Go on Harris, go on Chris as fast as you want son, I don’t mind,’ Freddie shouted in the video.
‘Fred, you are a lunatic,’ Chris replied.
‘Why would you tell him go as fast as you want?’ Paddy questioned.
‘Now a normal person should find this kind of thing at least a little bit unsettling, but good news for Team Britain, Flintoff is not normal.’
Top Gear returns on Sunday at 8pm on BBC One.
