The countdown is on until Vikings star Katheryn Winnick is on our screens in her new series, Big Sky.
And the actress has been sharing some behind-the-scenes snippets ahead of the drama’s arrival on ABC next month.
While she’s most famous for the role of shieldmaiden Lagertha, the 42-year-old will be seen taking on a more modern role alongside the likes of Ryan Phillippe and Kylie Bunbury.
Katheryn will be playing the ex-cop Jenny who gets roped into the investigation by private detectives Cassie Dewell and her ex-partner Cody Hoyt.
And while the trailer has already dropped online, there’s still a scenes left to shoot.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday, the actress shared a video on her way to work as she explained: ‘Good morning, heading to set on the Big Sky.
‘Very excited, we just dropped the trailer and we have over 25 million views already. You guys are gonna love this.’
She then gave a look at the crew setting up for a scene, before she revealed how her pal and fellow actress Paulina Miel has been working as her stand-in.
The Big Sky will follow the story of two sisters who were kidnapped by a truck driver in Montana.
As Katheryn’s character and fellow detectives dig deeper into the mystery, it soon becomes clear that the sisters aren’t the kidnapper’s only victims.
The show has been written by David E. Kelly who also worked on Big Little Lies, The Practice and Lake Placid.
We can’t wait to see what goes down in this show.
Big Sky launches on ABC November 17.
