‘We’ve got more money than God’: Tiger King 2 trailer reveals what happened to the unlikely stars of lockdown

Hey all you cool cats and kittens, the official trailer for Tiger King 2 has arrived and it’s even wilder than we imagined.

The brand new season is set to launch on Netflix in November and picks up with Joe Exotic behind bars and Carole Baskin closing in on ownership of his disreputable zoo.

Sudden fame and unwanted attention from the authorities turns up the heat and unearths some stunning revelations.

A load of familiar faces from the original series appear in the explosive teaser, with Jeff Lowe proudly telling the camera he’s filthy stinking rich.

‘We have more money than God right now,’ he exclaims, before hopping into bed with his partner Lauren and a third.

Elsewhere, Exotic makes a call from jail, where he is serving a 22-year prison sentence for the murder-for-hire plot of Baskin and a string of animal abuse charges.

‘There’s an innocent man in prison,’ he protests. ‘Everybody from the zoo is out there making money and I’m paying the price for every one of them people.

‘If you give a damn, it’s time to speak up.’

Before the conversation ends, Exotic warns other major players will end up inside with him.

‘We’ve got to put our differences aside or we’re all gonna die in here,’ he is heard saying. ‘If I have to make a deal with the devil, I will make a deal with the devil.’

Of course, the mystery of Baskin’s missing husband Don Lewis continues, with a narrator revealing he was ‘dealing with some shady characters in Costa Rica’.

The unsolved case had viewers hooked last year after when Exotic made claims that his rival, Big Cat Rescue CEO, killed her husband and fed him to her tigers.

Baskin, however, has always strongly denied any involvement in Lewis’s disappearance.

Yep, this trailer really does have it all.

‘Old enemies and frenemies, including Jeff Lowe, Tim Stark, Allen Glover, and James Garretson return for another season of murder, mayhem, and madness,’ teases the synopsis.

‘Thought you knew the whole story? Just you wait.’

Tiger King 2 launches November 17 on Netflix.
