What’s on Sky in January 2021? From A Discovery of Witches to NCIS and new films

Sky has announced its line-up for January 2021, including new series of A Discovery of Witches and NCIS and a fresh selection of films.

The 12th series of NCIS: LA arrives on January 3, while the second series of fantasy drama A Discovery of Witches is premiering on January 8.

There’s also a new selection of films being made available on Sky Cinema, including the likes of action comedy Bad Boys for Life, Pete Davidson’s The King of Staten Island and Steve Coogan’s satirical comedy Greed.

There’ll be a selection of US shows to enjoy, including Season 32 of The Simpsons and season three of the Magnum PI reboot.

Elsewhere, Sky Documentaries will welcome original productions including Steve McQueen: The Lost Film – a look back at the life and times of the Great Escape and Bullitt actor – as well as Klopp: End of the Storm, which follows Liverpool football club as they secured their first title in thirty years.

A Discovery of Witches (Series 2) – January 8

Boys – January 20

Ashley Walters makes his directorial debut in this Sky Original short film

Landscape Artist of the Year 2021 – January 13

Eight new artists will attempt to showcase their talents to judges Tai Shan Schierenberg, Kate Bryan and Kathleen Soriano.

Bulletproof South Africa – January 20

Noel Clarke and Ashley Walters reunite for a new venture, finding themselves caught up in the kidnap of a young girl.
