
Bridgerton lovers everywhere, put on your finest robes and gorgeous wigs for the Queen claims your attention in her very own story.
The new prequel spin-off series, Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story, will reacquaint fans with the queen, portrayed by Golda Rosheuvel, while also presenting the younger version of the character, played by India Amarteifio.
The Netflix and Shonda Rhimes production’s premiere date is quickly approaching, bringing with it a slew of new cast members as well as some old characters from the world of Bridgerton.
Arsema Thomas as the young Lady Danbury, Connie Jenkins-Greig as the young Violet, Dowager Viscountess Bridgerton, and Corey Mylchreest as King George III in his early days are among the newcomers.
Meanwhile, Adjoa Andoh is back in the current day as Lady Danbury, opposite Ruth Gemmell as Violet.
When is Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story released on Netflix?
Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story is due to launch on Netflix globally on Thursday May 4.
New episodes of series on the streaming site often arrive by 8 a.m. BST, so if you’re going to wait until the evening to begin viewing the show, be aware of spoilers that may appear on social media!
How many episodes will there be?
Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story will include a total of six episodes.
While there are fewer episodes in this limited series than in previous seasons of Bridgerton, don’t worry – these episodes will be jam-packed.
The streaming site disclosed the titles of each chapter, as well as how long they will be, ahead of the show’s premiere.
Each episode will be at least 50 minutes long, with the penultimate episode being 75 minutes and the grand finale lasting 86 minutes, for a total of more than six hours of viewing.

Is there going to be a Bridgerton season 3?
Bridgerton season three has already concluded filming and is on its way, with a projected release date later this year.
The third season will centre on Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton), the third Bridgerton brother, and his tangled relationship with Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan), who is also gossip maven Lady Whistledown behind the scenes.
The programme has also been renewed for a fourth season, with viewers eager to find out which Bridgerton sibling will be scrutinised next.
Will Benedict (Luke Thompson), with his love of art and frivolity, be the one? Is it Eloise Claudia Jessie, who met printing shop apprentice Theo Sharpe (Calam Lynch) in season two?
