The Traitors UK season 2 has been everything and more so far, but the BBC series’ run on our screens must come to an end soon.
It’s a shame, but just like Traitor Ash Bibi’s time in Scotland’s Ardoss castle, all good things must come to an end.
On last night’s episode, Ash was expelled, leaving fellow Traitors Paul Gorton, Miles Asteri, and Harry Clarke to continue their journey to the end. Andrew, a faithful contender, nearly escaped leaving during tense situations.
Now, only 17 people remain to compete for their share of a potential £120,000. The principles are basic, but watchers understand that they may lead to a game of complex deception.
The candidates are divided into two teams: traitors and faithfuls. To win, the Traitors must remain hidden, while the Faithfuls must figure out who they are. They all leave by either a round table expulsion or secret’murders’ conducted by the Traitors.
As Claudia Winkleman’s programme demonstrated, information is power, therefore it’s time to find out when the final episode will air so that we can all psychologically prepare to say goodbye.
When is The Traitors finale?
The finale will take place on January 26 at 9pm on BBC One, the broadcaster has confirmed.
Before the end of the month, we’ll know who gets to keep the money – unless you’re behind and have to watch on iPlayer.
The synopsis reads: ‘It’s the final day of the ultimate psychological game of trust! Will any Traitors remain undetected, and take the life-changing sum of money, all for themselves?’ They aren’t giving anything away!
How often is The Traitors on?
The Traitors airs three times a week on BBC One, at 9 p.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Friday. The wait from Friday’s cliffhanger till Wednesday feels excruciatingly long!
The second season’s remaining episodes are 7 out of twelve.
