Johnny Knoxville’s eye has fled his socket twice because of Jackass (Picture: Instagram)
The Jackass gang’s bodies have voluntarily been through more torment than any other cast member from another show – that’s indisputable – but Johnny Knoxville has shared the grimmest story which, we cannot stress enough, you should avoid reading until after breakfast.
You’ve been warned.
The 50-year-old – whose age is currently blowing people’s minds – professional pranker has revealed his eyeball popped out of its socket – twice.
‘It did pop out of its socket twice, you know. I had a terrible concussion and I didn’t know it at the time but I also powdered this bone in my face. It didn’t break it just disappeared,’ he said during an undercover internet session for GQ.
‘I remember coming home from the hospital that night and I had a little blood in my nose and I just kind of took my fingers and blew. Right?’
Just FYI – there’s extremely concerning descriptions of the actual noise it made ahead.
Still, the Jackass continue to put their bodies through hell (Picture: Ben Zo/Paramount Pictures)
As you were.
He continued: ’And then my eye ball went crrrrch and I called the producer I’m like “I gotta go back to the hospital, my eye just popped out”.
“He’s like, “hahaha”. I’m like, “no, my eye just popped out”. He’s like, “I’ll be right there”.
“Then about a week later I was out with [Chris] Pontius and he said something funny and for whatever reason I wasn’t supposed to sneeze for six weeks.
‘I wasn’t allowed to sneeze which is like, if you’ve got to, you’ve got to.
‘But Pontius said something funny, I help my nose and laughed [gestures to eye popping out]. So, had double vision, pushed it back in. Good times.’
Of course, the Jackass crew hasn’t been perturbed by their past injuries as they’re at it again in the upcomign Jackass 4.
Steve-O recently revealed he got paralysed from the waist down just to bring you guys a good movie.
Obviously, do not try that at home.
Jackass 4 is scheduled for release in September and Jackass is available to stream on Netflix.
