A lady who has a growth on her back that she compares to a ‘third arm’ may be unable to have it removed because she can ‘feel’ it.
This season of Dr Pimple Popper has featured a woman who went to a wizard for help with a ‘third boob’ growing on her shoulder, a lady with maggots in her toes, and a heartbreaking story about a grandfather who lives trapped ‘like a hermit’ in his house because he’s too ’embarrassed’ by his plum-sized nose.
Dr Sandra Lee, a cosmetic surgeon and dermatologist, has already helped a guy with 400 tumours all over his body and a man with a ‘evil twin’ cyst behind his skull.
But now she’s worried she won’t be able to treat her next patient, who can sense her progress.
In a sneak peek for a forthcoming episode, the patient says, “I have a really painful bump on my back.”
‘It’s almost like there’s a third arm.

‘It makes me feel really insecure.’
She continues: ‘It makes me feel like I’m not a person at all.’
Dr Lee then explains how ‘serious’ the ‘plexiform’ is, which is a tumour that forms in the tissue covering nerves.
According to the NHS, surgeries to remove these types of tumours can be ‘more challenging’.
As Dr Lee inspects the ‘third arm’, she warns her patient: ‘I’ve only removed part of one before.
‘If you can feel anything, we can’t remove it.’

As the clip teases the surgery, the patient admits she can feel Dr Lee touching her growth.
‘This growth is just not cooperating,’ Dr Lee admits.
‘I’m only seeing the tip of the iceberg.’
This comes after a woman with a huge mass behind her armpit went to get help from a wizard after experiencing ‘burning’ pain.
‘My boyfriend calls it my third boob,’ she shared, showing the mass poking out from under her shoulder, which she described as: ‘mushy, soft, fatty, it causes me all sorts of pain.

‘It feels like burning, being cut with pieces of glass, is the best way I can describe it, although I’ve never had both done to me at once.’
Jacqueline discovered the lump 10 years ago, but she didn’t seek treatment right away owing to her ‘fears’ of doctors.
‘It was already the size of almost a baseball,’ she continued.
‘When I finally went to the doctor’s and had an ultrasound done on it, the doctors kept saying that until it wrecks my mobility, that it was really no concern.’

‘When I felt like I didn’t have any other alternatives, I tried a few of other things,’ Jacqueline revealed, referring to the absence of a solution.
‘I was at a little hippy fest, an art fest, and there was a wizard there.
‘And the wizard said he could heal me, and so I allowed the wizard to do his little thing from across the room… once again, no results there either.’
Dr Pimple Popper airs on TLC in America.
