Abbey Clancy has been laying down the law at her house with husband Peter Crouch, and he is not pleased.
The model, who is 38 but admits she has no idea how old she is, has been married to football great Peter, 43, since 2011, so there’s no time for politeness anymore.
When it comes to their house, Abbey has imposed an odd requirement to keep it in peak condition.
Abbey stated on their collaborative podcast, The Therapy Crouch, that Peter was ‘annoyed’ by her efforts to maintain her new flooring.
‘He’s getting kind of annoyed with me because I’m getting a new floor in the house.
‘And I made up this rule now that no one’s allowed to use the front door because I don’t want any mess in the hallway,’ she shared.
‘I want everyone to use the side door so all the s**t can stay there and my house will always look nice.
‘And he was just like, “This is ridiculous”.’
A frustrated Peter exclaimed in response: ‘The front door has become no access!’
Abbey and Peter’s podcast is a big hit, and clips frequently go viral on social media.
Nothing is off limits as the celebrity pair provide love advise while also revealing personal secrets.
Abbey recently discussed her ‘dirty night at a hotel’ with Peter, which raised many eyebrows.
Speaking on the pod, she mentioned their romantic night at Oxfordshire’s elite members club Estelle Manor.
Abbey added that the hotel was in an ideal position because they were also able to do fashion shopping that weekend.
Mum-of-four Abbey said: ‘[The hotel] is 10 minutes from Bicester village so it was literally my perfect little dirty weekend in a hotel. Dirty night in a hotel.’
‘It was incredible,’ she added cheekily.
Abbey expressed her admiration for the hotel’s interior design, stating, “It was the most magnificent architecture, the decor… I was suffering a heart attack.
‘I was taking pictures of everything. It was just wonderful. The most amazing outdoor pool, lined with big terracotta pots with olive trees.
‘It is like stepping back in time. The style of it… incredible. The food… insane. We had the best meal.’
Peter added: ‘That was an amazing place, I have to say.’
