Alan Carr has discovered love with Callum Heslop, a hairdresser.
The Chatty Man performer, 47, even introduced Callum, 27, to his A-list buddy Adele, who immediately asked the new couple to spend Thanksgiving with her.
Alan is in his first relationship since splitting from his companion of 13 years, Paul Drayton, over two years ago.
Alan and Callum met early this year and had already spent time together in Italy.
The latter has lately relocated to the United States with his comic boyfriend.
This week, a source said of the pair’s romance: ‘They have a really nice friendship and that has been the base for a relationship to blossom.’
They added to the Sun: ‘They see a lot of each other and Callum took a break from work to head to the States with Alan.
‘It takes a lot to introduce a partner to someone as famous as Adele but she couldn’t have been friendlier.’
Meanwhile, Alan and Paul announced their divorce in a joint statement in January 2022, claiming that the decision was taken ‘jointly and amicably’.
They got married in Los Angeles in 2018, with Adele obtaining ordination so she could marry them.
Alan even joked after their breakup that he had custody of their friendship with Adele.
Alan joked in March that he was in the midst of his “slaggy phase.”
In an episode of his Life’s A Beach podcast, Alan spoke to Scissor Sisters’ Jake Shears, 44, about dating.
Alan asked Jake whether he knew anybody when he told that he is single and dating, adding that he is in his’slaggy period’ following his divorce.
‘I want to be a slag, but to be a slag you need someone to be slaggy with,’ the comedian said.
Alan then related a tale about going on a trip to Sri Lanka with two couples while single, saying that paying to be alone while on vacation was like paying an “ugly tax.”
