Amanda Holden has released a photo of her new estate on Instagram, and it’s just as opulent as we expected.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge, 52, is said to have acquired the new property in Surrey after selling her previous home in the same region for roughly £5 million.
She relocated just in time for the holidays with her husband Chris, whom she married in 2008, and their daughters Lexi, 17, and Hollie, 11.
The ITV personality has posted a few photos of her new home on social media, including her dining room, which is green and includes a chandelier.
The sumptuous room opens into beautiful gardens via enormous French doors, and the highlight is a massive mahogany table.
In other news, Amanda has shared a photo with her 2 million followers of what looks to be her kitchen, painted white with modern fixtures and posing with her daughter Lexi with a cocktail in hand.
Meanwhile, Amanda’s house has a traditional red brick front and a dramatic black entrance flanked by four Grecian-style pillars.
A grand piano and a winding staircase welcome you as you approach the large white corridor.
Amanda only listed her previous home, which had five bedrooms and three bathrooms, for sale in April after extensively renovating it under lockdown.
She purchased the house for £3.5 million in 2015, which means she would have made a £1.5 million profit if it had sold for the asking price.
While Amanda has since moved on, she enjoyed living there and admits to ‘badgering’ the house’s former owner for years to sell it to her.
She told House Beautiful that it was critical that their home not seem like a “show home.”
In addition to the holiday season, Amanda and Chris celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary this month.
To commemorate the occasion, she posted a happy black-and-white photo of herself and her record producer husband on Instagram.
‘15 years ago today, I married my best friend. 20 years together. 2 Girls. An 😇 boy and we have made a beautiful life together!!!’ she wrote in the caption.
TV star and Heart Radio presenter Amanda then added: ‘(having said everything above, we still bicker every day😂) #anniversary.’
