Taylor Swift looked stunning at the international premiere of her Eras Tour concert video in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
The superstar hitmaker, 33, was joined at the star-studded celebration by none other than Beyoncé (we’re not kidding), marking what has to be the greatest pop culture moment of the year thus far.
Taylor, 42, and Beyoncé, 42, both smiled as they posed on a red carpet together, with the former looking ethereal in a blue Oscar de la Renta gown and fellow Grammy winner Beyoncé dropping jaws in a sculpted metal bodice and blacked-out sunglasses.
Needless to say, the moment stunned viewers, with some sobbing and others claiming they’ll never sleep again.
One person wrote on X, formerly Twitter: ‘Taylor and Beyonce are truly everything to me I’m crying I love them so much,’ while another added, BEYONCÉ AND TAYLOR?! I’M NEVER SLEEPING AGAIN.’
Another person wrote: ‘Taylor posting about Beyonce oh my god.’
Other comments included: ‘Taylor x Beyoncé = Cultural Reset’ and ‘Queens supporting queens.’
Taylor, who appeared to be as surprised as the rest of the world when *the* Beyoncé stepped out to support her, dubbed her appearance at the premiere a “fairytale.”
Taylor captioned a GIF of herself with the Halo hitmaker eating popcorn, ‘Im so grateful I’ll never know what my life would’ve been like without @beyonce’s influence.’
Taylor added: ‘The way she’s taught me and every artist out here to break rules and defy industry norms. Her generosity of spirit. Her resilience and versatility. She’s been a guiding light throughout my career and the fact that she showed up tonight was like an actual fairytale.’
Julia Garner, Adam Sandler, and Hayley Kiyoko joined Taylor at the Grove to celebrate the premiere of her performance film.
What a time to be alive.
Introducing the movie, Variety reports Taylor – who was sporting a brand new bob – raved: ‘I appreciate you being here because this night is a core memory for me and you’re a part of it.’
The concert film is expected to be one of the most successful ever, with an opening weekend box office of more over $100 million (£81 million).
Taylor taped excerpts from her three-hour stage extravaganza while performing in the United States, with the Eras Tour slated to visit the United Kingdom next year.
Taylor Swift and Beyoncé topped the tour box office this summer, with the latter’s Renaissance World Tour generating $579 million (£470,588,235), making it the highest-grossing tour by a female artist ever.
Meanwhile, earlier this month, it was revealed that Beyoncé will also be releasing a Renaissance World Tour film.
The documentary, dubbed Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé, will take viewers behind the scenes of Beyoncé’s spectacular globe tour, which concluded earlier this month in Kansas City’s Arrowhead Stadium.
Parkwood Entertainment and AMC Entertainment have announced that the picture will be released in North American theatres on December 1st.
Pre-sale tickets for US movie companies such as AMC, Regal, and Cinemark, which will all show the documentary, are now available.
It’s unclear when the film will be released in UK theatres like Vue and Odeon, but we’re hoping Taylor returns the favour and attends the film’s international premiere for more red carpet gold.
