Britney Spears demonstrated her remarkable dance talents by posting a video of herself pole dancing to Instagram.
The 41-year-old Oops I Did It Again chart-topper took to Instagram on Sunday to showcase her latest video, in which she spins, dips, and gyrates to Nine Inch Nails’ Closer.
Britney Spears showed off her dancing talents and flexibility, which was impressive for a singer who was known to do complex choreography during her shows.
The Hold Me Closer hitmaker, who has published a forthcoming book due out later this year, complemented her look with black stiletto heels and a leopard print knickers pair with matching fingerless gloves.
‘Got this pole two days ago and last night was my first time on it !!! 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🌹🌷🌷’ she wrote in the caption alongside the post, where she had turned off comments.
However, it has already attracted over 500,000 likes.
The diva, who often shares videos of herself dancing on her Instagram account, held herself up with just her arms on the pole on many occasions, extending her legs out wide in an incredible display of power.
She also included complete pole spins and some of her distinctive tight twirls in her freestyle dancing.
Britney recently became frank with her fans after giving her opinions on ‘horrific’ Botox injections, stating she was ‘done with it’ and exploring alternatives due to side effects of the pricey treatment leaving her looking like someone ‘beat me up’.
Botox is an abbreviation for Botulinum toxin, which relaxes and paralyses the muscles in your face, smoothing away wrinkles.
‘I did Botox and I wasn’t really happy with it because it swelled up my forehead and therefore made the heaviness of my eyelids droop over and it literally looked like someone beat me up and to pay that much money to look like someone beat you up for the first two weeks… what’s the point?’ she Britney in an Instagram video.
Botox injections are commonly associated with pain and bruising around the injection site, drooping eyelids and brows, and headaches.
There is a danger of botulism in severe instances, which can cause nerve damage and respiratory failure as the toxin spreads throughout the body.
Britney, on the other hand, bragged about a newer alternative therapy, which she judged superior since it’s ‘like putty and it stays,’ implying ‘no needles’ – and at a considerably lesser cost.
