Britney Spears’ husband Sam Asghari showed the star how much she meant to him with an elaborate display of birthday surprises for her 41st celebrations.
The 28-year-old showered his wife with gifts ahead of the big occasion including a cake, balloons, flowers and rose petals.
Uploading his efforts to his social media channels, the actor let his three million followers watch on from behind the scenes as he went all out to make sure his popstar bride enjoyed her day.
He narrated the nearly two minute long reel clip and claimed he was showing everyone that chivalry isn’t quite dead yet as he went about proving he was a ‘classic man’.
Sam, who first met Britney in 2016, posed with a cigar hanging out of his mouth and was wrapped up against the rain in a beanie and long woollen coat.
Strutting his way towards his Mustang car, Sam said: ‘Today is your girl’s birthday.
‘Been together for a few years. You’re starting to run out of ideas.
‘You had some outdoor activities planned, but today is the only day it rains in California. Okay!’
Britney’s husband then continued explaining his change of plans: ‘You do the classic dig-down-deep-in-your-pockets, buy something fancy.
‘Anybody can just buy a gift. We just gotta be much more creative than that.’
The model then began to construct his display of pink and white balloons along the staircase of the mansion.
‘You will never have enough balloons. The more, the better,’ he exclaimed as he is suddenly surrounded by an extravagant number of the party decorations.
He carried on joking about how he sets himself apart from other men: ‘Regular guys just buy flowers but you’re not a regular guy, so what you do is, you buy a bunch of rose petals and you place them like a classic man.
‘When other people send flowers you can’t just let them go. You gotta claim those as if they were yours.’
Following his decorating, the actor then set the mood with dim lighting and candles galore.
Sam and Britney first met in 2016 on the set of the Slumber Party music video, for which the singer hand-picked him from a series of images at a casting.
They were then engaged in September 2021 after Britney’s father, Jamie Spears, filed to end her 13-year conservatorship.
They eventually tied the knot earlier this year after the popstar referred to her beau as her ‘husband’ on Instagram.
