Charlotte Crosby’s makeover after having her lip filler removed has astounded people.
The 32-year-old Geordie Shore star had filler for the first time in 2014, but opted to dissolve it after giving baby last year.
Charlotte delivered her first child, Alba, in October, and it wasn’t long before she scheduled an appointment to say goodbye to her statement lips, which had enlarged during pregnancy.
Now, the Celebrity Big Brother winner has revealed how significant the gap between before and after is.
Charlotte took to Instagram and shared two photographs side by side, one of her lips with the most filler and the other without.
In fact, the reality star couldn’t believe how huge her lips had grown and admitted she looked ‘ridiculous.’
‘Just been browsing over old photographs and I absolutely CANNOT believe how huge my lips became towards the end of my pregnancy!’ she said beside an old shot of her more poutier lips.
‘That is truly awful. I actually look ridiculous.’
Charlotte said in a second post noting the similarity that it was’really hard’ to adjust to not having any filler – but it was the correct decision.
‘My god looking at my old lips compared to my lips now has made me realise I never ever wanna go back!’, she said.
Charlotte also included a poll on her Instagram Story, asking her 8.6 million fans if she ‘looks so much better now’ or if her previous lips were ‘better.’
The results were unanimous, with 98% of voters supporting the dissolution of her filler.
Charlotte has already discussed her lip filler.
When asked why she decided to disband it in January, the influencer explained that it was not due to internet bullying.
She told the Nova Podcast: ‘I did not get my lips dissolved because of trolls, because quite frankly, I’ve been trolled for so long about them and I did not care.
‘I absolutely love my lips, but it got to the point, after pregnancy they had swelled a lot. Like, in pregnancy you have a lot of water retention.
‘Everything swells, you know your ankles, your face, your wrists, your fingers, your toes, like everything swells in pregnancy.
‘I watched the Geordie Shore reunion and I was watching it and I was like, “I look ridiculous”. For the first time, I was like “I look ridiculous”.’
Charlotte went on to say that she began to wonder if her daughter would notice her ‘humongous’ lips when they were playing together.
‘Eight years I’d been getting my lips done. That’s a lot of filler in them lips. And I thought, it’s all got to go,’ she said defiantly.
Recently, there has been an increase in the number of influencers and reality stars dissolving lip fillers.
Molly-Mae Hague did the same, and she too had composite bonds removed.
