The birth of a child was announced by Charlotte Dawson in a very realistic and humorous social media message.
Her waters broke on Friday night, a day before her second son’s expected due date, so the Celebs Go Dating star delivered a little bit early.
Charlotte already has a two-year-old son named Noah, and she and fiancé Matt Sarsfield announced earlier this year that they were expecting another child.
The TV star ultimately gave birth to her second child early on Sunday after what she described as “a bit of a wild 24 hours.”
Sharing a photo of herself holding her new baby and smiling in a hospital bed, the influencer – who is daughter of legendary comic Les Dawson – wrote: ‘Guys he’s here!!! I can’t believe it!!!’
Explaining her delivery timeline after spending Saturday at home waiting for active labour to begin, Charlotte added: ‘I came in at 1am and I had him by 2:13am.’
‘Can’t wait to update you all as soon as but Matthew has nipped to get me a Maccies & I’m having cuddles,’ the new mum revealed.
Her subsequent report, which was published a short while afterwards, stated that her companion had failed the task.
‘He’s turned up with no Maccies ffs,’ she jokingly fumed, with emoji to hammer home her point.
‘But look at my beautiful baby daddy with our boyo. All happened so fast but thank you for being amazing @matt_sarsfield,’ Charlotte continued, showing that there were no hard feelings, as she shared a picture of fiancé Matthew having a cuddle with their new son.
She had shared many images of herself, Matthew, and Noah lounging in the yard in her most recent grid post from Saturday night on Instagram as they awaited the arrival of their newest family member.
‘Our last Saturday as a fambo of 3 🥹💙✨🫶🏼 we’ve had the most relaxing chilled quality time together before the madness begins and I’ve loved every minute of it.. [sic],’ shared Charlotte.
‘I’m full of mixed emotions 🥹 especially after my false alarm yday ffs 😅 any minute any day now baby boyo we can’t wait to meet you, I know Noah will be the best big brother 💙[sic],’ she added.
After the baby’s motions halted after the “huge gush of water” that arrived as her hind waters broke, Charlotte and Matthew had gone to the hospital to make sure everything was okay.

Thankfully, baby was prodded into movement during the examination while “the goo was on the tummy,” which gave his mother some little contractions.
The doctor also went ‘down there’ to see what the water-breakage situation was, and found it was her ‘back waters’ that broke, not the front ones ‘that pop’.
‘So everything’s fine, no infection or anything,’ Charlotte reassured her followers, but added she had to be careful as there was a risk of infection still.
‘I’m not dilated yet. But she could feel his head,’ the star explained.
‘I just didn’t expect it last night, because I didn’t have any pains or anything. It was really weird these waters breaking, because I just didn’t have any pain. I had bits of pain, and I just had to sit through it,’ she added.
Charlotte was discharged from the hospital while still having bumpalicious because there was “no point” in waiting because it was “busy.”
Less than a day later, the family of four is settling down to enjoy the newborn baby bubble.
