Victoria Beckham and her husband David Beckham shared a less-than-romantic Valentine’s Day message on Instagram stories, discussing Posh’s big toe.
Victoria’s day started off on the wrong foot when she exposed her perfectly manicured feet from behind an ice pack, sarcastically declaring it was a ‘happy’ Valentine’s Day.
She told her 32.6 million Instagram followers that she had fallen over in the gym, most likely the couple’s home gym, where she frequently showcases David’s exercises.
Spotting this, her 48-year-old husband shared the post to his own story, with 87 million followers, and teased: ‘How big’s your toe? Wow. I never noticed that before.’
Posh, 49, got her own back, though, when she and David discussed the wonderfully romantic gift she had purchased him – a chicken magazine.
The former England captain has become quite the poulterer after his wife gave him a’massive cock’ for Christmas.
David has been providing followers with regular chicken updates, displaying the eggs he collects and feeding his new feathery pals.
At the moment, the multi-millionaire business entrepreneur appeared totally perplexed as he scattered food on the ground around the coop, with his wife captioning it.: ‘What do you get @davidbeckham for Christmas??.’
The response was poultry, and it appears that any big event now involves more chicken-related goods.
‘What to get the man who has everything,’ Victoria had captioned a picture of The Country Smallholder, with a cover story on ‘practical poultry’.
David posted a photo of his ‘valentine’s present’ alongside a photo of two chickens cuddling up in the large coop, wishing everyone a ‘happy Valentine’s Day’.
Amid their humorous banter, the pair had also exchanged a stream of love-filled messages to each other, including lots of flashback photos from their 27-year romance.
Posh and Becks have been notoriously together since 1997, marrying two years later following a passionate proposal.
Victoria and David have four children: daughter Harper, 12, boys Brooklyn, 24, Romeo, 21, and Cruz, 18.
Their new Beckham documentary highlighted the tougher parts of their relationship, including reigniting allegations of a cheating scandal with Rebecca Loos.
