Emily Ratajkowski is apparently ‘begging’ Olivia Wilde for forgiveness after a video of her passionately kissing Harry Styles went public.
Everyone is raving about the kiss between As It Was singer Styles, 29, and model and actress, 31.
Styles and Ratajkowski were photographed on the streets of Tokyo, the newest stop of his international tour Love On Tour, standing next to a parked car.
As the kiss progressed, Ratajkowski was seen standing on her tiptoes and resting a hand on Styles’ face as a bicycle passed by.
Following Styles’ ‘amicable’ break-up with the Booksmart director in November after two years of dating, fans have gone into a frenzy about this probable new relationship.
According to a source, Ratajkowski, who is thought to be close with Wilde, “is begging her for forgiveness.”
‘This is a betrayal,’ Page Six added.
On March 12, model Ratajkowski was photographed with the actress, 39, at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party.
At the Hollywood event, the couple was seen sitting close to model Adwoa Aboah on a couch.
She also went to one of ex One Direction singer Styles’ performances in Paris with Wilde back in July 2022, when the duo was still dating.
A TikTok video shows the couple standing next to each other in the VIP zone, dancing and singing along.
Styles and Wilde split up later that year, but were still described as “close friends,” with a source saying, ‘He’s still touring and is now going abroad. She is focusing on her kids and her work in LA. It’s a very amicable decision.’
As far as the footage of Ratajkowski and Styles kissing goes, obtained by MailOnline, Wilde is reported to be ‘staying far away and taking the high road’, according to Page Six’s source.
‘She is focused on her kids and her work. She wants nothing to do with this mess,’ they said.
Ratajkowski has already came to Wilde’s defense, stating she felt ‘protective’ of the actress and director following criticism over her connection with Styles while promoting their film Don’t Worry Darling together.
‘In the past year with Amber Heard and Olivia Wilde and the craziness of putting them in this box as if they’re monsters or witches… There’s nuance to it, but when you see the way that the whole world reacts to women, it’s really hard not to want to go to an extreme side of it,’ Ratajkowski told Elle UK.
‘I feel very protective,’ she added.
Wilde is now embroiled in a custody fight with her ex-husband, Ted Lasso actor Jason Sudeikis, with whom she has two children: Otis, eight, and Daisy, six.
She recently appeared to accuse her ex-partner of aiming to ‘put her in debt’ due to the legal procedures, but the two were nice enough during their son’s soccer game over the weekend, even hugging it out.
Meanwhile, Gone Girl star Ratajkowski filed for divorce from her husband, actor and producer Sebastian Bear-McClard, with whom she has a kid, in July 2022, and has been linked to Eric Andre.
Ratajkowski has been focusing on spending quality time with her two-year-old son, Sylvester, in Japan after the kiss video went viral.
They went to teamLab Planets and loved the museum’s immersive art shows.
Ratajkowski posted a TikTok video recapping their activities together, saying her son had “the best time ever” as she videotaped him running about and dancing.
