Gemma Collins has revealed further details about her medical emergency, stating that she felt she was suffering a heart attack at the moment.
On Monday evening, the former The Only Way Is Essex actress said that an ambulance had been dispatched to her aid due to a medical emergency.
She uploaded a snapshot on her Instagram Story of a medical professional crouching on the ground with equipment, and another of an ambulance, while she expressed her wish that critical personnel will be paid more.
In a fresh social media statement, the 42-year-old revealed that she was’very pleased not to have died from a heart attack,’ despite the fact that she feared she was having one at the time.
‘Hello there, I simply wanted to thank everyone for their kind words. ‘I had a tremendous shock last night, awful chest pains, and I thought I was having a heart attack,’ she explained in the video.
‘Anyhow, thank goodness it wasn’t that. I’ll go into more detail later, but for now, please accept my heartfelt gratitude. And the NHS was just fantastic. I had nothing but positive experiences with them, and I truly hope they receive all of their raises because they work so hard.’
The TV personality continued: ‘I’m just very happy to not have died from a heart attack last night, but onwards and upwards, I’m at work, I’ll report back later.
‘I just wanted to say thank you for all your lovely well-wishes, and I’m on an amazing shoot today.’

On Tuesday, it was revealed that Gemma will be one of the renowned faces competing in the celebrity version of The Great British Bake Off, which would benefit Stand Up To Cancer.
