This week, Hulk Hogan tweeted an enigmatic cry for aid, leaving his followers puzzled.
After making his broadcast comeback on Monday’s Raw XXX anniversary programme marking 30 years of the show, the WWE Hall of Famer apparently turned to Twitter on Wednesday with a pretty peculiar string of tweets.
After a message initially appeared on his account which simply read ‘Help’, the follow-up read: ‘I ran out of toilet paper brother, help!!!!!!!! (sic)’
Both tweets have been removed, leading followers to speculate about whether or not Hogan was hacked or accidentally tweeted what was supposed to be a text message.
Hogan uploaded a photo of himself and some other WWE icons from the Raw backstage area at the same time he started receiving the surprise messages.
“Motley team been together more than 30yrs brother,” he said with a photo of himself with Jimmy Hart, Ted DiBiase, Diamond Dallas Page, Madusa, and the Internal Revenue Service.
Hogan’s first appearance on the main roster since 2021, when he co-hosted WrestleMania 37 with fellow Tampa star Titus O’Neil, was marred by technical difficulties as he stepped out on stage with Hart to open the programme on Monday’s reunion.
After making his entrance to a very loud applause, he started, “Let me tell you something, WWE Universe.” Unfortunately, technical difficulties with his microphone made it difficult for the audience to focus on what he was saying.
‘We celebrate 30 years of Monday Night Raw,’ he powered on. ‘Then, now and forever.’
Once the replacement was in place, The Hulkster finished his tirade with the following: “All I have to say is whatcha going to do when Hulkamania, 30 years of Monday Night Raw, and those Philadelphia Eagles run wild on you, brother?”
In addition to Kurt Angle filling in for now AEW star Billy Gunn, The Undertaker, and D-Generation X all made appearances on the anniversary show, but Hulk Hogan’s was the only one.
