Jacqueline Jossa has heaped praise on husband Dan Osbourne for surprising her with a holiday for her birthday.
The EastEnders star recently turned 30, and celebrated with a big bash at she and husband Osborne’s Essex mansion, with bouncing castles, magicians, a DJ and a photobooth.
However things reportedly went south when a brawl broke out at the party.
Several guests are thought to have been injured at the event, with one taken to hospital for four days, requiring surgery.
Neither Jossa nor Osborne have commented publicly on the reports, with Jossa simply sharing photos of the ‘night to remember’ to Instagram with comments disabled.
Now the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! winner has revealed her husband had a major surprise for her milestone birthday: a trip to the Maldives.
Sharing the trip with her followers, Jossa began by posting a photo of two clinking champagne flutes and writing: ‘Had the best 30th birthday present ever. Now back home to get all Christmassy.
‘Thank you [Dan] for the most special few days.’
Reflecting on the ‘dream trip’ with a photo of herself walking towards sea huts with crystal clear water beneath her, Jossa said she didn’t post about the trip at the time as ‘it’s been a difficult time for most and I didn’t wanna rub it in.’
She insisted there was ‘no other reason,’ and laughed at the idea it was a ‘make or break trip,’ telling critic to ‘have a day off.’
The mum-of-two said Osborne had worked ‘for months’ on the holiday and surprised her on the morning of her birthday, writing the date of their trip on the back of a potscard for the Maldives.
‘Now time to spend all weekend with my babies and being forced to make slime tomorrow wish me luck,’ she joked.
Osborne and Jossa were married in 2017 and have been planning to renew their vows.
They share two daughters; six-year-old Ella and two-year-old Mia, while Dan has an eight-year-old son named Teddy from a previous relationship.
