After marrying footballer Rio Ferdinand, 44, in 2019, the reality TV actress, 31, became the proud mother of Cree, 2 years old, in 2019.
As Rio’s stepmother, she takes care of Rio’s three children from his marriage to Rebecca Ellison (Tate, 13, Lorenz, 15, and Tia, 11), all of whom she gained as a result of Rebecca’s death in 2015.
The celebrity announced the upcoming addition to their family with a sweet video in which Kate unbuttons her coat to show her growing baby belly under a midi-length dress.
A gleaming As Minnie Riperton’s Lovin’ You plays in the background, Kate runs her palm over her pregnant tummy.

In light of Kate’s tragedy, the couple’s good news comes as a welcome relief.
Kate announced the loss of her pregnancy at 12 weeks in July, and she was “absolutely devastated.”
The last time I was in this hospital was delivering Cree, but this time it was because our baby had no heartbeat at our 12 week ultrasound and I had to undergo surgery,’ Kate said at the time on Instagram.
We are very sorry that we were unable to share our happy news with you sooner, but as you know, life doesn’t always go according to plan.
The ‘heartbroken’ star took some time off from social media to deal with the loss, but later made a return where she thanked fans for their support.
