Kim Kardashian has expressed her thanks for being able to officiate her hairdresser Chris Appleton’s wedding to actor Lukas Gauge.
The couple married in a private ceremony in Las Vegas, where country music diva Shania Twain sang her 1997 song You’re Still The One.
Kim, 42, tweeted a series of images from Saturday’s wedding at the Little White Chapel, where she donned a lace-up black leather gown by Paris-based designer Ludovic de Saint Sernin.
‘I was so honoured to be able to officiate a wedding in Vegas!!!’ she wrote.
‘I couldn’t be happier for you both @chrisappleton1 and @lukasgage and the surprise from @shaniatwain singing their song to them was (magic) and I love the custom @ludovicdesaintsernin dress.’
Appleton also shared a series of photos from the night, with one appearing to show him and his newlywed husband with matching tattoos.
Another image showed them boarding a private plane and partying with relatives.
‘What happens in Vegas,’ he wrote, with Kim commenting: ‘The most fun night ever!!! Filled with so much love.’
In February, celebrity hairdresser Appleton and The White Lotus star Gauge acknowledged their connection by commenting on each other’s Instagram photographs.
They later made their red carpet debut together at a Los Angeles party.
‘I feel very happy, very lucky, and very much in love,’ Lukas said during an appearance on the Today show.

He added: ‘He’s a very good-looking man.’
They announced they were an item the same month, and a proposal came shortly after.
‘They’re not telling the public yet, but they have told friends they are engaged,’ a source told Us.
‘They got engaged before they even had rings and then went to pick them out together.’
The couple’s wedding was reportedly very low-key, with just six guests in attendance according to TMZ.
