The Poosh entrepreneur, 44, surprised the Blink 182 drummer, 47, when he was playing by putting up a sign that read: ‘Travis, I’m pregnant!’
Travis rushed off the stage to hug and kiss the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star.
In an even funnier twist, Kourtney’s prank looked to be a reference to Travis’ band’s All The Small Things video, in which fans surrounded the rockstars while carrying placards.
Kourtney had been open about her attempts to conceive with the band on social media and on the reality TV programme The Kardashians prior to the pregnancy.
She said that she had stopped using IVF over a year ago since the procedures had ‘placed her into menopause’ and caused her “depression.”

‘Travis and I want to have a baby, and so my doctor took us down this road of doing IVF,’ she told the camera in a VT.
‘It hasn’t been the most amazing experience…
‘I think because I’m so clean and careful about what I put into my body, it’s just having the complete opposite reaction, and is working as a contraceptive instead of helping us.’
Her mother, Kris Jenner, predicted she would become pregnant this year, and she was correct.
Kourtney and Travis made their relationship public at the beginning of the year, and they’ve been PDA-tastic on social media ever since.
They pushed things to the next level in October, when the Adam’s Song artist proposed to the reality star in front of her renowned family.

However, the couple threw us all for a loop earlier this month when they held a surprise ceremony at a Las Vegas chapel officiated by an Elvis impersonator, which turned out to be a ‘practise’ run because they were unable to secure a marriage licence at the time.
They married a second time in Santa Barbara in an intimate ceremony attended only by Kourtney’s grandmother MJ and Travis’ father Ted, and a third time in Italy in a grandiose blowout.
Kourtney already has three children with her ex-boyfriend Scott Disick: Mason, Penelope, and Reign.
The celebrity pair dated from 2005 to 2015 before splitting up and moving on with other girlfriends, including Sofia Richie.
Travis and his ex-wife Shanna Moakler have two children: Landon, 19, and Alabama, 17.
