Laura Anderson and Gary Lacy have had a bumpy path, but it looks they are back on track.
After meeting on E4’s Celebs Go Dating in 2022, the couple revealed in February this year that they were expecting their first child together – but on the same day, they announced their divorce.
Gary, who already has four children with his ex-wife Natasha Grey, announced the couple’s divorce, with Laura deleting him from their baby post.
Laura, 34, of Love Island, and the 42-year-old Hollyoaks actor have since had their first child, Bonnie.
They appeared to mend their relationship right before Bonnie’s birth in September, but it looked to dissolve soon after.
They look to be back together now, as the TV personalities enjoyed a New Year’s Eve kiss, which Gary uploaded on social media to Jack Johnson’s song Better Together.
Laura also shared a piece of their evening, which she described as ‘crazy’ as they rang in the New Year while caring for Bonnie.
In a previous interview with OK!, the Love Island star explained how she and Gary’s previous break up is ‘really hard to explain’.
The star went on to reveal she wanted to make it work but because of ‘things I found out since then’ and the fact nothing had been ‘resolved’ it all became too chaotic, and she wanted to focus on the baby.
Laura was reportedly alleged to be’so unhappy’ that her ex announced the gender of their child ‘without her consent’ in March.
Gary is well-known for his work in British soap operas, having been in EastEnders and Love Island in 2018.
Laura was open about the thought of welcoming Bonnie as a single mother back in June.
In a devastating editorial for the journal, the singer admitted to ‘grieving’ for the life she imagined she’d have.
‘I’ve been putting a lot of things, such as a baby shower, off,’ she explained, ‘because I feel like I’m sort of grieving the life I thought I’d have..’
