Lauren Harries has provided followers with another update as she recovers from emergency brain surgery.
Last month, it was announced that the TV personality, 45, was recovering after the emergency surgery, with her mother begging for prayers.
Lauren is still in the hospital and is undergoing rehabilitation to regain her strength following the trauma.
The Celebrity Big Brother actress shared a snapshot on her official social media profile of herself sitting up in bed with her mother next to her, a loving arm across her shoulders.
‘Lauren is having physiotherapy to get her strength back after the operation’, the tweet read.
‘She is still in hospital but hopefully she will be home soon.

‘It has been such a stressful time but she knows her family are always with her.’
It concluded: ‘We all love her so much, mother and daughter love is so strong!’
Fans kept sending their best wishes for her recovery.
‘Get well soon … sending love your way … hope your mum is ok too. Surgery is really exhausting xx’, one follower replied.
‘Sending healing prayers. Our thoughts are with you’, another wrote.
‘Sending you healing hugs and hope your recover soon. Take care’, one tweeted.
Lauren was also visible in the shot for the first time without bandages on her head post-op.
She previously revealed that losing her wavy blonde locks after the operation was her “worst nightmare.”
However, it was absolutely essential.
A tweet shared shortly after she came round read:
‘Lauren has woken up after her brain surgery,’ the tweet read.
‘They had to shave her hair. As you know this is Laurens worst nightmare but she would have died if not.’
Praising the staff, the message added: ‘The amazing staff in the Heath Hospital have been wonderful.
‘Thank you for your kind words, her recovery ahead. Update to follow.’
Lauren has stated that she is suffering from a ‘permanent headache’ while she continues her recuperation.
She was also recently sent to critical care while battling infections.
She is, however, far more appreciative for her life now.
Lauren remarked in her first real statement following her operation, which she wrote herself, ‘Nearly dying makes you appreciate every moment. So enjoy the sunshine and know that I love you. Light, love and peace.’
She rose to popularity as a young prodigy, appearing on programmes such as After Dark and Wogan as an antiques expert.
Lauren went on to feature in reality series, most notably as the first celebrity to appear on the unorthodox dating show Naked Attraction.
