As she showered in the aftermath of her musical breakthrough, Madonna performed a joyous dance in the bathtub.
On Thursday, the 64-year-old demonstrated her complete health by filming herself jiving about her massive loo.
She posted the video and added her own song Lucky Star to commemorate the 40th anniversary of her debut album.
The star captioned the video, ‘To be able to move my body and dance just a tiny bit makes me feel like the Luckiest Star in the world!’
‘Thank you to all of my fans and friends! You must be my lucky stars too! And Happy 40th Birthday to my very. First Album [sic].’
Fans rushed to the comments to send their words of praise to the singer who recently spent a stint in hospital.

One penned: ‘So glad you’re feeling better M! Happy birthday “Madonna”! my friends and I used to stand in front of the TV and do the moves to Lucky Star! I was 9 btw ILY [sic].’
Another wrote: ‘40 years of making the world an iconic place so happy to see u moving and celebrating your legacy thanks for your light motherrrrr te amamos [sic].’
‘The beginning of greatness. Happy to see you on the mend. Love you forever!’ was a separate social media account’s response to the video clip shared on the star’s Instagram.
Madonna appears in the short video wearing an all-black attire consisting of cargo trousers and a mesh t-shirt top worn over a bralette-style corset.
She wore her long blonde hair down her back in mermaid waves and accessorised with a pair of metallic-tinted sunglasses.
Her most recent tweet came after she stated that she will focus on her ‘health and becoming stronger,’ and that she was on the mend after a stay in critical care.
The American singer earlier stated that some of her tour dates will be delayed as she rested at home.
In an Instagram post, the singer said: ‘Thank you for your positive energy, prayers and words of healing and encouragement. I have felt your love.
‘I’m on the road to recovery and incredibly grateful for all the blessings in my life.’
She was due to begin Madonna: The Celebration Tour in Canada on July 15, before her manager Guy Oseary said last month that a ‘serious bacterial infection’ led to the singer spending several days in the ICU.
