Millie Mackintosh has admitted to having ‘tweakments’ after the age of 30.
The 33-year-old former Made in Chelsea actress also flaunted the results of her lip fillers, claiming that her cosmetic doctor only uses a “tiny amount” of filler.
The doting mum-of-two told her fans: ‘I haven’t admitted this before, but I do get a couple of tweakments.’
Taking part in an Instagram Q&A with her 1.4million followers, Millie went on: ‘Just to be totally transparent, I’m not going to say what exactly they are, but yes since hitting my 30s I do get some injectables every couple of months.’
However, Millie shared specific details about having lip filler, revealing she always sees the same person, Dr Bibi Ghalaie, for work.
‘I last saw @doctor.bibi for lip filler over a year ago,’ Millie shared.
‘Her work is very natural and I really trust her. She only used a tiny amount to even out an imbalance as my top lip is thinner than the bottom.
‘This is a really personal choice and I am not suggesting that anyone else needs to or should use fillers to feel good about themselves.’
The TV star added: ‘If you do decide to do it then I think it’s really important to do your research and not take the decision lightly. I get asked about it every time I do a q&a and wanted to be transparent.’
As for her glowing skin, Millie said it’s also down to quitting booze and ‘cutting out refined sugars, dairy and gluten’.
Millie spoke extensively about the advantages of quitting alcohol late last year.
Writing on Instagram in November, Millie said: ‘I had a breakthrough in therapy and decided to stop drinking alcohol, I didn’t want to admit it but it’s a huge trigger for my anxiety.
‘It has an instant negative effect on my mental health and right now I’m focused on feeling my best, finding happiness in my life and not trying to escape from it.
‘It’s been 12 weeks and I’m enjoying sober life, not missing the “hanxiety”, feeling more energised, my skin is looking great and I’m sleeping much better.’
