Molly-Mae Hague has explained why she missed Tommy Fury’s bout against KSI.
The 24-year-old influencer may have received a VIP seat ringside, but wasn’t able to enjoy the sport due to ‘anxiety’.
Instead, she kept her gaze fixed on the ground throughout the encounter.
‘I more than anything slightly embarrassed myself as Tommy’s support system at the fight because honestly, my head was on the ground the whole entire fight,’ she explained in her latest YouTube video.
‘I physically could not lift up my chin to look at the ring and watch the fight.’
Molly-Mae, who has a 24-year-old professional boxer as a son, has been overly critical of herself.

‘I feel like I kind of let myself down,’ she shared.
‘I really wanted to be a stronger support system for him. I feel like I was, up until the point of the actual fight. I was a mess, a literal mess. I couldn’t eat, couldn’t speak, and literally felt like I was going to faint and be sick.’
She continued: ‘I don’t know why I get so nervous. I think it’s the pressure of being his support system and being the only one who truly knows how he feels and knows him inside out.’

Molly-Mae, who wore a floor-length black gown and carried a Hermès small Kelly bag costing roughly £23,000, also spoke of having to give up competitive sports when she was younger due to ‘anxiety’ in the setting. She is now obliged to return to that environment, but she would not change this very tough aspect of her life because it makes Tommy happy.
Fortunately for Molly-Mae, Tommy won a majority ruling against the 30-year-old YouTube sensation on Saturday night in Manchester.
Two judges gave the former Love Island star 57-56, with a third voting for 57-57.

The couple have now been enjoying normal family life once more, and Molly-Mae is relieved.
‘I don’t think I realised how much it was affecting my mood the run-up to the fight as the last couple of days I have literally been on cloud nine,’ she happily stated.
‘It feels like the weight of the world has been lifted off my shoulders.’
Molly-Mae said it was ‘probably the last time I would ever go to a fight’ before rapidly changing her mind. She also praised her (nearly) sister-in-law Paris Fury for being able to attend all of her husband Tyson Fury’s fights.
Now that Tommy has finished his struggle, the pair can concentrate on their favourite holiday: Halloween.
