Noel Fielding just had a significant birthday, and admirers believe he is a vampire.
The Great British Bake Off presenter stunned Instagram fans – and not just because he shared a selfie with his old Mighty Boosh co-stars, fuelling reunion suspicions – but also because he did so to celebrate turning 50.
‘I am 50 can’t explain how much i loved my birthday x half a century x,’ he captioned the snap with his friends, posting it to his 1.3 million followers.
In addition to many messages wishing him a happy birthday, many people were questioning how the comic had not aged physically in decades, still looking like the ageless frightening legend.
‘Aw Happy birthday Noel! Vampires don’t age,’ Bake Off winner Helena Garcia wrote.
‘Real age or press age?’ another added, referencing the star’s iconic cult comedy show The Mighty Boosh.

‘You are 50?! No fkn way! Glad it was awesome,’ someone else added, while another simple stated that he ‘hasn’t aged since 2004.’
Another person wondered whose blood the Goth Detective was consuming to appear so young, while others just complimented him on his good looks.
‘How are you 50?! Still looking as “vincey princey” as ever,’ a fan commented.
Another sweet message read: ‘Happy Birthday!!! You are both ageless AND timeless — and will forever my goth inspo. Thanks for all you stand for, and all you do! I hope you have an excellent birthday celebration.’
‘It appears they’ve all found the fountain of youth! This photo warms my heart. Happy Birthday!’ another added.

Lliana Bird, Noel’s partner, wrote a rare and poignant birthday greeting, praising the star for being ‘cool’ and how much she adores the ‘magic’ that is Noel.
Alongside a snap of the birthday boy, she wrote: ‘Babius. We love you more than you’ll ever know. Half a century of the wonder that is you.
‘You’ve made our whole lives, the two most incredible girls in the world are because of you. I hate this b******t posting stuff but baby, you’re so cool. You’re so cool. You’re so. Cool. Xx.’
The couple started dating in 2010, and they had their first daughter, Dali, in 2018, and their second, Iggy, in 2020.
