Peter Andre is a joyful father who is overjoyed that his daughter Princess has entered the modelling business.
The Mysterious Girl singer, 50, has a 15-year-old daughter Princess and a 17-year-old son Junior with ex-wife Katie Price, and he often updates his social media fans on their life.
While Junior is pursuing a music career in the footsteps of his renowned father, Princess has chosen the fashion road and has recently signed a deal with prominent brand Pretty Little Thing.
Princess joins Love Island‘s Molly-Mae Hague and Gemma Owen in the firm as a model, and her mother Katie, who rose to stardom as a glamour model, has already expressed her satisfaction in her daughter’s significant deal.
Now Peter has stated in his column for New! magazine that he is a ‘happy pops’ after Princess uploaded her first Instagram photo in a PLT tracksuit.
He wrote: ‘She looked so lovely and she loves being in her comfies, so I think they’re great.

‘Pretty Little Thing is a brilliant brand and it will not interfere with her schooling so that’s great. Happy Pops.’
Pete has previously written about his determination not to allow his children’s burgeoning occupations interfere with their academics, acknowledging that he is ‘quite tough’ about it.
In a previous New! column, he said Princess is often asked to do modeling but ‘she’s just doing bits here and there. Nothing that interferes with schoolwork, I’m pretty strict about that.’
Meanwhile, Katie has stated that she would utilise her own modelling experience to ensure that her teenage daughter is not taken advantage of.
She told OK!: ‘I will always be there to support and guide her.
‘I know when agents are taking advantage, so I would always step in if I felt something wasn’t right for her.’
Meanwhile, Junior is advancing his music career after securing a record contract last year, with his first track Slide rocketing to the top of the charts within hours of its release, overtaking Harry Styles and Lady Gaga.
He went on to gain a spot on the line-up for this August’s Camp Bestival music festival, and has now landed another gig as the opening act for Hrvy at London’s O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire on Saturday, April 22.
