Roman Kemp had a catastrophic wardrobe malfunction on Monday when he misplaced his bathing shorts in a Costa Rica hot spa.
The 30-year-old presenter was on vacation when his dive in the warm water did not go as planned.
He updated his Instagram with a series of photos documenting his clothes loss while frolicking in the murky bath.
To make fun of himself, the TV host began his photo carousel with a warning banner that warned viewers not to scroll through the humorous occurrence.
The sign read: ‘Warning for the images.
‘Context: Went into a thermal river and mud bath on holiday. Thought it would be nice to be as free as possible so got naked and left my shorts and shoes to one side…
‘EVERYTHING then went downstream and I couldn’t catch them in time [sic]’.
He went on to caption the post: ‘I guess I should explain… sorry mum [sic]’.
The actor published a series of photos of himself floating on his back in the river with mud all over his face, covering his genitalia with a green frog emoji.
In the following slide, he grasped his black swimming trunks in his palm before they vanished with the torrent.
The images revealed the star’s tattoo covered back as he tried to hide his exposed torso.
Fans responded in the comments area, cracking jokes about the Capital Radio presenter’s plight.

One said: ‘I’m sure we said the frog emoji should be bigger… [sic]’, while another penned: ‘Don’t mean to alarm you bro but you got a frog hanging out your arse [sic]’.
Roman addressed the incident on Capital Breakfast’s Monday morning show and explained: ‘I was in the middle of the Costa Rican jungle, there are twelve volcanos around Costa Rica, they also have a lot of thermal rivers, ….the temperature of a nice bath, not too hot, not too cold, just right.
‘I’ve got into the thermal river and thought I’ve really got to embrace nature, there was no one else there at the time, or so I thought.
‘I took my shorts off, so now I’m naked in the thermal river… I’m applying the mud; I’ve left my shorts on the side of the river against a rock so I thought they’d be fine.
‘I’m bathing, feeling at one, lying back, enjoying this whole experience, I’m really at zen, and then I’ve realised that my shorts are floating down the stream!’
