Ryan Reynolds has insulted Taylor Swift on claims that she is dating The 1975 frontman Matty Healy.
We never imagined we’d see the day when Denise Welch of Loose Women would be a prospective mother-in-law to Taylor Swift, but it looks this is a real possibility.
When the Shake It Off megastar, 33, was spotted in the audience at the 33-year-old’s Nashville concert last Friday, rumours began to circulate that he and the indie vocalist, 34, were romantically linked.
Swifties have been on pins and needles ever then, waiting for any additional mutterings, which have thankfully occurred without incident.
‘Taylor and Matty like each other,’ an insider told Entertainment Tonight earlier this week. Taylor has a crush on Matty, and the two are having a nice time together.’
Now, Ryan Reynolds, whose wife Blake Lively is quite close to the Love Story hitmaker, is joining in on the speculations and appears to be having a good time.
Taking to his Instagram story, the Deadpool star, 46, posted a selfie and added over the top The 1975’s hit track Chocolate and wrote, ‘Zoom Zoom.’
His statements might refer to Taylor’s surname, and admirers definitely thought so, with one taking to Twitter to share their findings.
‘Swifties it’s over for you I’m sorry,’ they said, alongside a screenshot of the moment, which many people took as an unofficial confirmation of the rumours.
One person exclaimed, ‘VERY REAL,’ while another said: ‘I’M GOING CRAZY, this means so much, they are SO together.’
It’s unclear whether Ryan is merely “feeding the chaos,” as one fan put it, or whether this is proof the claims are genuine, given neither Taylor nor Matty have acknowledged or denied them.
