Rylan Clark wished the dirt would swallow him up when his mother Linda intercepted his Ann Summers package.
The This Morning host received an X-rated box of delights from the racy merchant, and while he was delighted for the’surprise’, he was humiliated to discover his 71-year-old mother was performing her own unwrapping.
Rylan, who has two million Instagram followers, couldn’t believe what he was seeing as Linda examined the contents of the present with hilarious results.
“Annual cream?” F**king hell,’ she said, cleverly mispronouncing the item before announcing, ‘Oh, there’s a vibrator there!
Next came some cleansing wipes, which she joked her son’might use them’ to ‘wipe your bum’, but he pointed out that ‘I don’t believe that’s what it’s for!’
When Linda queried what it’s true purpose was, Rylan quickly jumped back in saying ‘No, don’t read it!’ as the video abruptly ended.
He captioned the chaotic clip: ‘Thanks @annsummers for the surprise gifts. Just wish Linda wasn’t here to accept the delivery.’
His friends and followers were left howling by the epic scenes, with EastEnders star Natalie Cassidy replying: ‘DEAD’
‘OMG 😂😂😂😂,’ laughed Steps singer Ian ‘H’ Watkins, while Lizzie Cundy commented: ‘I’m laughing so hard 😂😂😂’
‘She’s priceless 😂 bless her ❤️😂,’ wrote follower @debz_56, and fan @tanya_hughes74 added: ‘I absolutely love this. Linda is just brilliant. ❤️ Made me laugh so much x’
The surprise comes only days after Rylan and Rochelle Humes’ similarly bawdy delivery had them in stitches on This Morning.
With Valentine’s Day coming, the duo aired a segment highlighting Ann Summers’ new partnership with delivery service Deliveroo on the ITV daytime show last Thursday.
Rochelle from The Saturdays couldn’t stop grinning as she held out a bottle of lubrication and some sex toys live on TV.
‘You’ve got a full set of lovely things,’ she said about the couples set, while Rylan added: ‘For her and him, or him and him, or her and her.’
‘We’ve also got some tingling, cheeky, fun lube,’ she told viewers, before having an awkward realisation as she said: ‘I’ve just had that thing where I remember my mum watches this!’
