Stacey Solomon has offered fans an inside look at her sleeping habits with Joe Swash.
The X Factor judge and I’m A Celebrity competitor had their fifth child early this year and have since shared updates on social media, with Stacey recently speaking out about parenting and returning to work.
Stacey has Zachary, 14, and Leighton, 10, from prior relationships, while Joe has 15-year-old son Harry with his ex-partner.
Stacey has given another update with followers in a string of recent Instagram Stories, providing a look into their home life.
The Loose Women actress announced her plans for an early morning workout at their Pickle Cottage gym, but not before she shared a photo of her family still sleeping in their bed.
Stacey wrote: ‘I only bloody did it.’ in one clip, panning over Joe cosy with two of their children, all still deep sleeping on their bed. ‘I mean I look like the amateur that I am but I don’t care.’
‘Everyone’s got to start somewhere.’
The clip then cut to Stacey slipping into gym gear and enjoying some stretches with her pup before exercising.
She told fans: ‘I’ve got four minutes left of half an hour. I want to press the emergency stop, I wanted to press it four minutes in. Now I’m like, I’m four minutes out and I’m like, distract yourself.
‘I’ve come on here, that’s at least one minute gone. I’m at such a low speed and I’m so out of breath. It’s actually embarrassing.
‘Like I don’t even want to… it’s embarrassing. I’m going to get better. I’m going to get better. But I do just want to press that bloody emergency stop.’
She later proudly added: ‘I don’t care if it was the slowest uphill walk ever in history, I done it!’
Their peek into home life comes after Joe sobbed on I’m A Celebrity South Africa because he was homesick.
‘You know what, it’s not the eating now, it’s I’m really starting to miss my kids,’ Joe told his campmates following days of basic rice and beans.
‘I just have to speak to my kids,’ he said.
‘I am finding this a lot harder than I did the first time around,’ he later admitted.
‘I was a different person, the first time, this time around there’s so much at home waiting for me.
‘Everyone wants to do their family proud and I’m the same.’
