Claire Richards has shared photos of her best friend Rylan Clark in a pickle.
Claire and Rylan, like all pals, have plenty of photos of each other, and we usually see the ones where they’re looking glamorous at photocalls or award presentations.
But, as with any pals, there are some less flattering ones tucked away in each other’s phones, the kinds that are generally taken out to embarrass someone by publishing on their birthday.
Claire has now blessed us with numerous such shots, as she took to Instagram with an odd series of images showing Rylan attempting and obviously failing to remove his t-shirt – oh, and a photo of a fine dining room table and chairs.
Fortunately, she provided some context.
Claire said on Instagram that she would begin ‘documenting my kitchen/dining room remodel,’ and as she was scrolling through her phone deleting photographs that were ‘clogging up’ space, she discovered… Rylan.
Rylan can be seen conversing with Claire on FaceTime before standing back and pulling off his t-shirt in a succession of photographs that really tell a tale.

The problem is, he can’t quite do it, as the next seven – yes, seven – pictures show him trying to tug the shirt over his head where it has become wedged.
Rylan changes tactics throughout the photos, first using two hands to try and pull off the shirt which is now essentially acting as a blindfold, then leaning over as though gravity might help in his endeavour.
When that doesn’t work, Rylan again stands up straight, grasping at the shirt with both hands as he manages to get it about halfway up his face, appearing to be in stitches laughing at himself.

Claire tagged Rylan in the photo with a series of laughing emojis and wrote, ‘Thanks for the content!’
Rylan commented on the image, claiming that ‘the top felt tight tbf,’ to which Claire responded, ‘That or your head is too big?’
And in a deliciously threatening responded, Rylan hit back: ‘OH HARK AT YOU GETTING MOUTHY don’t make me post your screenshots.’

Rylan and Claire have known each other for a decade, becoming close during their time on Big Brother in 2013.
While they clearly have fun fooling around together, the couple is also there for each other in difficult moments, with Rylan praising the pop artist in 2021 for assisting him through his marriage collapse.
The singer, who split from husband Dan Neal in 2021, paid tribute to his ‘big sister’ on stage at the Attitude Awards.
He said: ‘For the past four months, probably for the toughest time in my life, she’s been there for me, and without her, I probably wouldn’t be giving this award out tonight.’
He’s certainly not feeling very nice towards her right now, as people flock to her hilarious comments on Rylan’s wardrobe malfunction – but that’s what friends are for!
