Steps fans have been left scratching their heads as Ian ‘H’ Watkins appears to have blocked over ‘300,000’ Twitter followers, which has sparked the mighty #BlockedByHFromSteps movement.
A whopping number of accounts have claimed to be blocked by the Tragedy hitmaker, 46, for no reason whatsoever.
Screenshots have swirled the web with many people baffled considering that the majority have ‘never interacted’ with the former Dancing on Ice star.
One person tweeted: ‘I too have been blocked by H from Steps. And I have no idea who H is or who Steps are.
A surprised fan echoed: ‘I don’t know why I’ve been blocked by H from Steps. To my knowledge I’ve never interacted with Ian H Watkins here. BTW I love Steps.’
Another creative person poked fun at Steps’ greatest hits adding: ‘Honoured to be a member of the #BlockedByHFromSteps Club.
Why is half the UK blocked by H from Steps quicker than 5,6,7,8? It’s One for Sorrow and a Tragedy. H is there Something in your Eyes? Cause this was the Last Thing on my Mind. H you will be Better Best Forgotten
In a now-deleted tweet Ian appeared to address to confusion on Monday [December 26].
‘Hi James… I recently signed up for a clean up of ‘bots’ & ‘phobes,’ he wrote.

‘Apologies if the blocking offended… I didn’t do this manually! Merry Christmas.’
The singer shot to fame in the 90s with the British pop group, alongside Lee Latchford-Evans, Claire Richards, Lisa Scott-Lee and Faye Tozer.
Ian was in a long-term relationship with Craig Ryder and have two children together, twin sons Macsen and Cybi, who were born via surrogate.
Craig and Ian have since gone their separate ways but continue to co-parent their children.
