Tommy Fury has penned a pretty emotional message for girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague after she gave birth to their first child, and he’s admittedly more smitten than ever.
The Love Island stars are currently getting used to being new parents after welcoming their baby girl, who they’ve named Bambi.
After waiting a week to share the happy news, Tommy, 23, has now reflected on what it’s been like watch Molly, also 23, become a mum and it’s safe to say he’s in awe.
The boxer posted a snapshot of the PrettyLittleThing creative director doting over their newborn child while at the hospital and captioned it with the caption “The best mommy in the entire world.” Seeing how much you love and care for Bambi has increased the amount of affection I have for you.
You are all I could have ever dreamt of as a mother and a role model for our lovely child, and I thank God every day that you are ours.
In addition to this, he stated, “Thank you for making my dreams come true, darling, I love you.”
Alongside a photo of the PrettyLittleThing creative director doting over their newborn in hospital, the boxer wrote: ‘The best mummy in the entire world. Watching how you care for Bambi makes me love you more than I knew I could.
‘You’re everything I could have ever dreamed of for a mum and role model for our perfect girl.’
He added: ‘Thank you for making my dreams come true babe, I love you.’
After tweeting a photo of himself cuddling his newborn daughter Bambi and captioning it ‘Daddy’s little girl,” Forever.’ Tommy also had some kind things to say about his daughter.
Molly replied on the cute snapshot by saying, ‘This pic makes me want 100 [babies].’
Earlier, the couple had announced the name they had chosen for their child. At the time, Molly had shared a photo of their daughter Bambi wriggling around in her cot as a neon sign on the wall said “Bambi.”
After Molly admitted that the couple had decided on a “unusual” name that people would either love or hate, many fans speculated that the couple would name their daughter Bambi, presumably after the deer that became famous in Disney’s 1942 film. Bambi was the name of one of the main characters in the film.
Before he has to travel out to Saudi Arabia for his fight against Jake Paul on February 26, Tommy is undoubtedly making the most of every opportunity he gets to give and receive newborn snuggles.
The YouTuber, who is 28 years old, has not spent any time in teasing Tommy with remarks about his newborn girl. For example, she said under the birth announcement, “Just in time to watch your dad get knocked out,” accompanied with an emoji of a happy face.
It occurred after Jake had taken it upon himself to announce Tommy and Molly’s pregnancy before the pair themselves, which earned him a wave of criticism.
He tweeted last weekend: ‘Tommy has no excuses now…Baby’s born.
‘Money’s massive. Immigration no issue. Tyson promises he & Papa will make Tommy retire from boxing & change his last name if he can’t beat the YouTuber.’
He added: ‘Tmw I’m coming to London to look at all 3 Fury’s in the eye & shake on that promise [sic].’
