Vanessa Feltz revealed a new hairstyle on Thursday, proving that her recent split had not depressed her.
Following adultery rumours, the 60-year-old broadcaster announced her break from fiancé Ben Ofoedu, 50, with whom she had been married for 16 years.
Despite her public anguish, the This Morning host went to the salon for a new style and showed off the completed product to her Instagram followers.
She captioned a happy footage of herself at the hairdressers, ‘Fix that Barnet!! [sic]’.
The newly single presenter was seen holding her phone selfie-style as she gave followers post-breakup advise.
‘Morning, I’m at the hairdresser, and I’m thinking, “when all else fails, have that barnet repaired,” so that’s what I’m doing,’ Vanessa was heard saying.

She flaunted her new blonde locks on Instagram, where she had been posting nonstop while waiting for her makeover in the stylist’s chair.
Beaming, the morning television personality looked to be in good spirits as she demonstrated how she was dealing with her recent divorce.
Vanessa addressed her TalkTV drive time programme listeners on her present thoughts following the announcement of her newly discovered singledom.
She assured them that, despite her overwhelming’sadness’ and’shock,’ she would not allow it to overcome her.
‘People who have been reading about my private life over the weekend will know that my 16-year relationship has ended,’ Vanessa stated.

‘I have said, I’m very sad. I’m very shocked, but I am going to soldier forth. I hope to rise like a phoenix from the ashes and all of that.
‘Meanwhile, I’m feeling that brokenhearted thing, you know where your heart hurts.
‘You know, you feel as if you know the blood’s kind of stopping pumping halfway round.
‘Then you kind of take a bit of a breath and shake a little bit, then it starts pumping again.’
Earlier this week, during her agony aunt stint on This Morning, the celebrity asked audience members for any tips on healing after heartbreak.
She expressed: ‘I would love it if people called in and told me how they got over heartbreak.
‘I’ll take any advice I can get, from anyone, if anyone wants help I’ll be there for them but also if anyone has anything they can tell me.
‘I’d be really grateful to recieve it, because I feel like I’m in the eye of the storm, I really do.’
